Using kobka.co or ordering from Kobka Co., Ltd. constitutes your acceptance of these terms.

2. Website Use

You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes, not to violate IP rights, not to upload malware, and not to attempt unauthorized access.

3. Orders & Contract

• Quotations valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise
• Orders confirmed by signed Proforma Invoice (PI)
• Contract binds upon Kobka receiving deposit and confirming

4. Payment

See Payment Policy. Standard: 30% deposit + 70% before shipment.

5. Shipping

See Shipping Policy. Risk transfer per Incoterms (typically FOB or CIF).

6. Returns & Refunds

7. Cancellation

• Before production: 100% refund (less 5% fee)
• After production starts: refund less actual costs incurred
• After shipment: cannot cancel

8. Warranty

• Goods conform to PI specifications
• QC Report shared before shipment
• Defect claims: within 14 days of receipt

9. Liability

Liability limited to the value of the affected order. Not liable for indirect, consequential, or force majeure damages.

10. IP

All website content is property of Kobka — do not copy, use, or modify without permission.

11. Governing Law

Thai law applies. Disputes resolved at Nakhon Ratchasima courts, Thailand.
