As B2B trading, refund/return terms differ from B2C β please read carefully.
2. Eligible Returns
- Defect β products not matching PI specifications
- Damage during shipping (without insurance)
- Wrong item β incorrect product, color, size
- Manufacturing defect β defect rate above industry standard
3. Non-returnable
- Customer's ordering mistake
- Change of mind
- Damage from normal use
- Custom/OEM/Private Label products
- Food, condiments after opening
- Returns after 14 days
4. Return Process
- Notify within 14 days at support@kobka.co
- Provide evidence: photos, damage report, lot number
- We assess within 5 business days
- RMA issued upon approval
- Return shipping or destruction with proof
- Refund within 14-30 days after we receive return
5. Refund Method
- Credit Card refund: 5-10 days
- Bank Transfer: 3-7 days
- Replacement: with next order
- Credit Note: valid 12 months
6. Return Costs
- Defect/wrong item β Kobka covers 100%
- Customer mistake β customer covers + 15% restocking fee
7. Pre-shipment Cancellation
- Before production: 100% refund (less 5% fee)
- During production: refund less actual costs
- After production, before shipment: 50% refund
8. Chargebacks
If you file a chargeback without notifying us first, we will provide evidence to the Payment Gateway. Please contact us first β we'll resolve issues fairly.
